Order Tracking

Once your payment has been received and processed (this takes less than 24 hours for online credit card transactions and 2-4 weeks for payment via postal mail), you will be sent the following:

• An email from Kagi confirming your payment.
• An email from Inquirium thanking you for your purchase with your license code.

If you haven't already done so, please download InqScribe from this site. Then start InqScribe and enter the license code when prompted.

If you used your credit card, your next statement will show Kagi as the merchant for this transaction.

You can check the status of your payment at any time by using your Transaction ID to look up your purchase in Kagi's online tracking system.
